Installing the Zoom App

Follow these simple steps to install webMOBI Certificates & Badges in your Zoom account

Before You Begin

  • You must have a Zoom account (Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise)
  • You need permission to install apps in your Zoom account
  • A webMOBI Certificates & Badges account (create one if you haven't already)

Installation Steps

Visit Zoom Marketplace

Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and search for "webMOBI Certificates & Badges"

Open Zoom Marketplace

Click "Install"

On the app page, click the blue "Install" button. You'll be redirected to authorize the app.

Note: If you're not logged into Zoom, you'll be prompted to sign in first.

Authorize App Permissions

Review the permissions requested by the app and click "Authorize"

Required Permissions:

  • View meeting participants: To track engagement
  • Access basic user info: For personalization
  • Send meeting events: For real-time updates

Connect Your Account

After authorization, you'll be redirected to connect your webMOBI account:

  • • If you have an account: Sign in with your credentials
  • • If you're new: Create a free account

Installation Complete!

You're all set! The app is now installed and will be available in all your Zoom meetings.

⚠️ Having Trouble?

Can't find the app in Zoom Marketplace?

Make sure you're searching for "webMOBI Certificates & Badges" in the Apps section, not Integrations.

Authorization failed?

Check that you have the necessary permissions in your Zoom account. Contact your Zoom admin if needed.

App not showing in meetings?

The app may take a few minutes to appear after installation. Try refreshing your Zoom client or starting a new meeting.
