Go to Settings → Team Management in your dashboard
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
Choose the appropriate role (Member, Admin, or Viewer) based on their responsibilities
They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization
Monitor pending invitations and resend if needed
Promote or change a team member's role as responsibilities evolve
Remove access for team members who have left or changed roles
Resend invitation emails for pending team members
Track what each team member has done (Admins and Owners only)
Create templates that all team members can use. Templates can be marked as "shared" to be available organization-wide.
Upload logos, fonts, and color palettes to a shared library for consistent branding across all certificates.
Leave comments on draft certificates for team review and approval before sending.
Get notified when team members create certificates, send batches, or make important changes.
Give team members only the permissions they need. Start with Member role and upgrade to Admin only when necessary.
Review team member list quarterly. Remove access for members who have left or changed roles.
